News This Week

Some Palin staffers have agreed to testify in the Troopergate scandal surrounding Palin’s dealings in Alaska.  This comes after Palin refused to cough up emails (citing executive privilege) and told her staffers and her husband not to comply with the subpoenas issued for them.  Cheney-esque much?

McCain’s staff said that they were looking forward to “turning the page” on the biggest economic crisis since the Depression and have started attacking Obama.  Obama, in turn, has launched a preemptive strike on this brewing storm of lies and distortions.

Global markets are now going the way of the American market.  A global solution to the economy crisis might not be far off.

The ban on gay marriage in Connecticut has been overturned by the state’s Supreme Court.  It is now one of three states who agree that everyone should have the ability to marry who they choose.
